Service Description

Reiki is a universal healing energy, It runs through me and into you then out of me. It can help heal you physically, mentally, and spiritually. You may feel sensations in certain areas of your body, you may feel emotional, you may see things with your eyes closed, or you may feel nothing. This is normal, everyone is different. Reiki cannot harm you. Since this is distance Reiki, I suggest you get in a comfortable position; either laying down, sitting, etc. Close your eyes; use a cover for your eyes if you cannot relax your eyes. We will go over some breath work to get you relaxed. After the session , I will go over anything we both experienced. Regardless of what you experience, you will be relaxed. Keep in mind you can tell me if you have any ailments and with intention, I can try to guide the energy but, Reiki gives you what you need at the particular time.
